HR and Office/Project Admin (Maternity Cover)
Human Resources
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from preparing the Manpower Requisition Form, sourcing, interview, and
onboarding process.
• Manage HR process in accordance with Labor regulations periodical labor registration and reports with authority
and reports such as registration of social, health and unemployment insurance as well as medical insurance.
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding process and ensure of completion.
• Manage HR Administration tasks such as maintaining employee information datasheet; oversee leave management, prepare employment contracts and HR-related letters.
• Organize employee engagement activities for staff.
• Prepare monthly payroll report and calculations; as well as prepare all necessary documents for bank transfer of salary of current month in due course.
• In charge of quarterly & annually PIT finalization.
• Supporting on Performance management process
Administration
• Prepare, control and follow up cost/budget for all Office Admin Operations.
• Be responsible for office hygiene and innovation/decoration and maintenance.
• Manage visa, travel insurance, hotel, transportation for employees.
• Support IT for setting up Laptop.
- Raise PR and PO if required
• Planning and organizing any Company's staff events.
- Helping the Document Controller and Project Coordinator in administration.
This is fixed term contract for 4 Months
Date of join tentatively 17 March 2025
Range of salary : RM3,000.00-RM5,000.00 per month
Office Location : Plaza Sentral , KL Sentral
Working day ; Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
