Regulatory Research & Compliance
- Support the Shanghai team in researching and analyzing product target market requirements for import customs clearance and market compliance certifications.
- Engage with official government compliance consultants, study relevant regulations, and conduct competitor compliance analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards. Logistics & Project Planning
- Organize and analyze logistics shipment data to develop batch shipment project plans and timelines.
- Collect and prepare documentation required for batch certifications.
- Submit batch certification applications, coordinate with warehouses for inspections, and liaise with SIRIM officials to monitor application progress.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during the certification process and provide timely updates to the Shanghai Certification team.
- Review batch application information and samples to assess potential risks and ensure compliance readiness.
- Oversee the labelling process for batch applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with market requirements.
å²ä½èæ±/Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Quality Control, or any related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both speaking & writing is a must.
- Proficient in basic office software and Excel basic functions.
- Previous experience in handling product certification is required.
- At least 1-year-experience in certification/compliance in in-house or certification agencies.
- Logistics/custom clearance/supply chain/project management experiences are open to apply.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, honest, meticulous, quick to adapt, eager to learn, and hard working.
