Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in dealer management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required.
