  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibility
  • Perform outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outstanding and overdue payment.
  • Negotiate with customers to make workable repayment arrangement.
  • Explain and clarify with customers on non-payment issues.
  • Follow up calls with customers.
  • Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts
  • To visit houses /commercial premises and collect relevant information when required
  • To assist collection teamâs arrangement with customer when required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in credit recovery/debt collection
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a valid driving license (D/DA)
