Our Client:
We have recently partnered with an international client that specialize oils & fats business. They are expanding their footprint in Malaysia. Currently they are seeking for an Export Sales Manager/Director to be part of their business.
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive export sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets for edible oils, fats, and related products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in target markets.
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Lead and mentor a team of export sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the oils and fats commodity sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in international markets.
- Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
