Senior Business Operations Analyst
Axial Partners Limited is seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior Business and Operations Analysts to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office while driving business growth and enhancing overall organizational performance. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activities, optimizing operational processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to contribute to the continued success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Development:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, both regionally and globally, and contribute to the expansion of Axial Partners' market presence.
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery in line with client expectations.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kuala Lumpur office, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and streamline internal processes, recommending improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Supervise administrative functions, including office management, resource allocation, and team coordination.
Financial Management:
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the financial health of the business.
- Track performance against financial targets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Work with finance teams to manage invoicing, payments, and vendor relationships.
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and Axial Partners’ internal policies and procedures.
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management or finance industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese and or Mandarin) and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is highly desirable.
