        • Monitor and report on student progression throughout the semester.
        • Work with academic advisors to identify and support students at risk.
        • Provide timely evaluations and ensure students receive the necessary support to succeed academically.
        • Student Records and Reporting
          • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and grades.
          • Submit all required reports and data within designated deadlines.
          • Academic Support
            • Offer guidance and support to students through regular office hours, email, and virtual consultations.
            • Address individual learning needs and provide academic mentorship.
            • Examination Duties
              • Participate in exam invigilation, question-setting, and grading to ensure fair and consistent assessment practices.
              • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of examination processes.
              • Departmental Engagement
                • Actively participate in departmental and program-related meetings.
                • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for student success and curriculum improvement.
                • Contribute to program review and accreditation processes as needed.
                • Minimum Bachelorâs Degree in a relevant field with a CGPA of 3.3 or above.
                • Masterâs Degree or professional qualifications in the subject area are preferred.
                  • Teaching experience in higher education is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
