Skills and Qualifications:
Post-Production Support
- Assist in gathering footage, audio files, and other materials for the editing team.
- Coordinate the logistics of post-production, including meetings and deadlines.
- Help track deliverables for post-production and liaise between the director, editor, and producer.
- Organize and file all post-production assets, ensuring they are kept up to date and easily accessible.
- Serve as a point of contact for the crew, talent, and other team members.
- Assist the line producer or production manager with coordinating logistics on set, including managing schedules, talent, and crew.
- Help monitor production resources, equipment, and supplies.
- Track production progress and communicate any changes to relevant parties (e.g., director, cast, crew).
- Handle any on-set problems that arise, ensuring the workflow continues smoothly.
- Assist with scheduling and planning for the production.
- Coordinate casting, location scouting, and securing necessary permits.
- Support the Producer in budgeting, contracts, and resource management.
- Help organize and prepare the necessary materials for production meetings and presentations.
- Research potential locations, talent, and suppliers to support the production team.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of production documentation (e.g., call sheets, scripts, and production schedules).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Broadcasting or a related field is preferred.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is Bonus

- Experience: Some previous experience in a production environment, such as working as a production assistant or intern, is highly desirable. (Experience during Internship acceptable for Fresh Graduate)
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with various departments (e.g., production, talent, technical teams).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the production schedule.
