To oversee and manage the successful execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Initiation and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates.

Project Execution

  • Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and installation.
  • Oversee site inspections and quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Financial Management

Required Qualifications
