Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to optimize business processes, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the integration of digital technologies across the company's operations, including refining, distribution, and marketing.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior management, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Manage the digital budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital strategy and transformation, preferably within the palm oil or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation are a plus.
  • Experience in identifying and evaluating emerging disruptive trends, including digitization and data analytics, analyzing potential opportunities, risks and barriers to adoption internally and across various business units
  • Proficiency in digital tools, platforms and cloud technologies, eg SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Tableau, Azure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
