Job Responsibility
- Support Departmental Head in formulating and monitoring advertising & promotional activities, including brand building and implement marketing strategies.
- Design and execute advertising plan, budget and expenditure.
- Liaise with Supplier and Printers for promotional materials and publications, prepare POP and organise promotional activities.
- Prepare project proposals and annual marketing plan.
- Liaise with advertising agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines, billboards, radio ads) and below-the-line (newsletter, posters, buntings, souvenirs).
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine the effectiveness of promotional activities and to monitor changes in market conditions and competition.
- Handle the company's social media platforms, ie. Facebook, Instagram and Webpage.
- Liaising with influencer / KOL for the social media engagement & posting monitoring
- Work closely with the Sales & Operations team to execute creative and effective strategies to achieve business objectives
- Evaluate & compiling the promo feedback of all campaigns.
- Packing & distribution related marketing collateral / POP to reach retail shop prior to campaign start
- Diploma / Degree holders in marketing, business or mass communications or equivalent with Minimum 1 yearâs experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Marketing experience in retail sector will be added advantage.
- Possess excellent English written, verbal communication & presentation skills
- Creative, trendy, highly motivated and proactive with an analytical mind is a must.
- Good PR, negotiation skill, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong background in managing social media.
