  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Portal One Sdn Bhd is looking for a skilled IT Outsource Engineer to provide Level 1 support for network, hardware, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of Microsoft tools. This role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in desktop support.

Job Description:
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for network and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors and connectivity problems.
  • Assist in maintaining and configuring IT equipment and Microsoft-based tools.
  • Support end-users with basic IT-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Able to take on duties outside of job specifications as needed.
  • Allowance Provided
  • Salary offered RM2,500 - 3,500 (depending on experience)

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in desktop support (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and Microsoft tools.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to additional responsibilities.
