  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

2. Position: Medical Associate, Patient Casework (Weekend, 3-Months)

3. Location: Minimum 3 Days/Week* of In-Office** or In-Field at Project Locations, from 9AM-6PM for 3 Months

*Saturday and Sunday, and a choice between Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

**Selangor HQ: Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya

4. Requirements:

  • Completion of a Secondary Education (SPM/Equivalent) is required
  • Experience in Project Management within NGO, University or Healthcare Settings
  • Proficiency in Updating/Organising Patient Medical Reports
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs/Google Sheets
  • Fluent in both English and Malay

5. Responsibilities:

  • Update and Maintain the Framework for the Fund-A-Patient (FAP) Programme
  • Develop Documentation and Resources for Onboarding Caseworkers
  • Recruit and Onboard New Caseworkers
  • Oversee Patient Cases to ensure Appropriate Interventions and Care Plans
  • Collaborate with Caseworkers to address Patient Needs
  • Organise and Maintain Medical Reports
