Key Responsibilities:Compensation Strategy & Salary Structure- Develop and optimize salary structures and incentive plans to align with industry trends and business goals.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs.
Benefits & Employee Welfare Management- Oversee employee benefits programs, including insurance, pensions, and wellness initiatives.
- Research and implement competitive employee welfare policies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage flexible benefits and employee assistance programs.
Payroll & Compliance- Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Handle audits and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
Performance & Rewards Optimization- Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to implement performance-based rewards.
- Develop KPIs and incentive mechanisms to drive business and employee performance.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of C&B programs through data-driven insights.
HR Analytics & Budgeting- Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing and managing the C&B budget.
- Generate reports and present findings to senior management.
Job Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience for C&B Team Leader;
- 3+ years of experience for C&B Manager, with proven leadership in compensation strategy.
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or financial services industries is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of C&B frameworks, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for compensation modeling.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
