  • To perform full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR policies & procedures, leave monitoring, training, preparing HR Letter, documentation and etc.
  • Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR related letter & report, managing HR systems and software and more.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration function including record keeping etc.
  • Act as employee advocate, communicating with staff and always available to answer employee queries regarding HR matter.
  • To handle recruitment process which includes job posting, screening, shortlisting, arranging and conduct interviews and provide necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Develop onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Responsible for the office administration including monitoring general building repairs & maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, equipment, office pantry and etc.
  • Identify staff training needs, source and propose learning and development plan to management.
  • Monitor and manage performance appraisal system.
  • Participate as a member of event committee to organize company event and activities.
  • Application for government grant.
  • To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.
  • At least Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Experienced in Auntocount Payroll system is added advantage.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Languages: English, Malay, (Mandarin is an Advantage)

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
