Key Responsibilities- Order Processing & Shipping – Receive orders, generate invoices, pack goods, and arrange shipments.
- Customer Support – Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient supply while avoiding shortages or overstocking.
- Data Recording – Maintain inventory databases, update incoming and outgoing stock, and ensure data accuracy.
- Stock Auditing & Verification – Conduct regular stock audits, compare physical inventory with system records, and correct discrepancies.
- Supply Chain Coordination – Work with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of goods.
- Reporting & Analysis – Generate inventory reports, analyze stock trends, and optimize procurement and storage strategies.
- Loss & Return Management – Handle damaged, expired, or returned products in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Required Skills- Language(s) Required: Mandarin (*MUST*), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.

- Proficient in Inventory Management Software (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Basic Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics.
