Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative support (document filing, employee attendance management, office communications).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (prepare documents, conduct orientations, complete relevant paperwork).
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and help manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and company activities.
  • Support the reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
