Job Responsibility
- Provide general administrative support (document filing, employee attendance management, office communications).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (prepare documents, conduct orientations, complete relevant paperwork).
