Sales & Customer Service

  • Promote and sell all leisure travel packages, including tours, flights, accommodations, cruises, and other travel-related services.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to tailor travel packages accordingly.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and travel options to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

Tour Leadership

  • Lead and guide groups on tours, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Provide in-depth information on destinations, attractions, and activities during the tour.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the tour, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
  • Manage group dynamics and ensure adherence to the itinerary and schedule.

Customer Service & Support

  • Address client inquiries and provide information about tour packages and services.
  • Handle client complaints and issues with professionalism and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of service and professionalism.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare sales reports, tour summaries, and other relevant documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and tour details.

Working Conditions:

  • Combination of office work and travel, including leading tours when necessary.
  • Requires flexibility to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • May involve extended hours and weekend work, depending on tour schedules and business needs.
  • Achieve at least SPM education
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin

  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage groups effectively.
  • Interested in learning and knowing the In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations, and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Good Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
