  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Performs sellers’ penalty points appeal submission review and exemption requests
  • Able to analyse process gaps, propose and implement relevant solutions (ie. SOP changes, feature suggestions)
  • Monitor and analyse seller operational performance gaps, and produce actionable insights
  • Track, monitor, perform check-ins on seller's operational performance metrics including poor performing sellers and advise on best practice/ resolutions
  • Also responsible for cases screening exercises from Regional driven initiatives

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines and able to work independently
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field
