As the Platform & Adoption Lead, you will lead architectural & technical design, ensure high-quality development & guide the technical team towards excellence. The responsibilities are:
- Craft the overarching architectural strategy & lead implementation of complex software solutions
- Architect & design solutions based on the requirements & align with the platform technology roadmap
- Ensure designs & build meets performance, scalability, security & stability requirements
- Develop high-quality applications, perform technical design reviews, code reviews & resolve technical issues
- Design & integrate application to other systems where required
- Oversee deployment & implementation of CI/CD practices
- Provide technical guidance, trainings & documentations
- Keeping updated on latest technology developments & features
- Ensure continuous improvements to achieve platform roadmap success
- Work with stakeholders to define & refine requirements & presenting technical solutions clearly
- Develop & maintain technical protocols & quality standards for the platform
- Collaborate effectively & efficiently with cross functional teams & stakeholders to ensure delivery success
- Provide accurate & regular reporting on team’s technical performance
- Takes ownership & hands on service, incident & problem identification & resolution as part of post implementation warranty period
- Ensuring procedures are built, tested & transferred to operations to support outstanding service delivery
- Create awareness, increase users & organizational values through platform adoption
Skillsets required for the role:
- 5-years experience in
- RPA platform (UIPath)
- Outsystem platform (OutSystem software architect certification is advantageous)
- Architectural styles / APIs
- Front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJs, Angular JS, React Native.
- Server-side languages such as NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot.
- Database technology such as MYSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Software security practices including user authentication, authorization, data validation, DDoS, SQL injection attacks
- Outsystems Architecture dashboard and best practices
- Leading a team of 5-10 developers
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
- Team Player and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Additional knowledge & expertise in banking processes/applications is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor Degree / Master in IT/Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.
Good to have certifications:
- UiPath Developer Certifications
- UiPath Infra Admin Certifications
- Outsystems Related Certification
- ITIL certification is a plus
