- Brief influencers and collect required content drafts according to set timelines.
- Coordinate the collection and review of influencer content, ensuring adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Gather and input data on influencer posts, including engagement metrics and other relevant insights.
- Compile reports on campaign performance, assisting in data analysis and presentation.
- Liaise with influencers to manage content submissions, revisions, and final approvals.
- Provide regular updates to the Operations and Analytics Executive (Campaign PIC) on campaign status.
- Assist in sourcing influencers for various campaigns
- Communicate with influencers to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements
- Support the Partner Relations team in onboarding influencers to the XAMBLE Creator App
- Maintaining and updating influencer database on Google sheet
- Strong communication skills
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve challenges efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks and deliverables.
- Meticulous and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken & written) is required for liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working with numbers.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
- The Contractor shall be available on-call during Nuffnang’s official working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) virtually
- Attend Operations WIP every Monday (2:00 PM - 4:00PM) virtually
- As required by the Management, hours shall be scheduled to accommodate operational needs
