Project Manager who oversees global fintech projects, ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams to meet business goals and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with clients in the payment industry, which includes e-Commerce, and IT organizations, to understand business strategies and demand to set proper expectations where warranted.
  2. Maintain a proactive awareness of the payment industry technology systems and environment, which includes application support and infrastructure categories.
  3. Oversee various technology projects, directly or indirectly, and interact with various partners for procurement and implementation of the company’s initiatives. This includes successful project oversight, budget targets, and timely completion.
  4. Have accountability for the overall project delivery, successful execution and delivery of projects that meet scope, timing, and cost goals.
  5. Work closely with IT technical and support teams to manage overall project stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a business analyst job role.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment.
  • Strong team player who has excellent collaboration and relationship skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the payment industry technology and processes.
  • Solid understanding of privacy and PCI regulations.
  • Experience gathering business needs and creating workable outcomes. Experience managing and being accountable for budgets.
