- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that align with the college's brand.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the college maintains a competitive online presence.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a strong and engaging community presence.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective students and recruitment partners.
- Work closely with the enrollment team to ensure that social media leads are effectively converted into enrollments.
- Prepare regular performance reports highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement in social media management.
- Education:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating content for marketing purposes.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, agents, and partners.
