  • Planning on new and existing products upload. Ensure all product upload are complete with full description.
  • Track inventory levels and products removal .
  • Using Marketing Tools to help boost sales.
  • Monthly marketing plan for Shopee/ Lazada/ Tik Tok.
  • Monthly Sales Data Analysis.
  • Banner design for Shopee/ Lazada/ Tik Tok store.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of online promotions.
  • Follow and search for latest market trend and best seller.
  • Create ads and campaign at different social media/ shopping platform.
  • Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock requirements.
  • Video/ photo creation on social media.
  • Liaise with Live Host for live planning.
  • Handle Social Media page such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu and more.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management, Business, e-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Familiar with online shopping platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok) is the best but not mandatory.
  • Familiar with all the Social Media - IG, XiaoHongShu, Facebook, Tik tok and more.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Knowledgeable about consumer preference (related to e-Commerce), procedures & techniques in e-commerce.
  • Solid Configuring, Problem Solving, market research, data analytical, Consulting and Organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word).
  • Able to overtime during campaign period (11.11, 12,12, Raya Sales)
  • Hardworking, Responsible ,Discipline.
  • Fast Learner, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independent and minimum supervise.
