Role Description

As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and analyzing yield farming opportunities and airdrop campaigns within the blockchain ecosystem. This position is ideal for individuals with strong coding skills and a passion for learning about blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth, independent research to identify and evaluate potential yield farming opportunities and airdrop campaigns.
  • Analyze smart contracts to assess functionality, risks, and potential vulnerabilities.
  • Automate yield farming and airdrop participation using coding and scripting tools.
  • Source and analyze on-chain data to support or refute investment theses.
  • Track emerging blockchain trends, including new protocols, security developments, and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize farming strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for interacting with blockchain APIs and developing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Solidity for EVM-based smart contract analysis.
  • Familiarity with Rust for Solana smart contract development.
  • Exposure to blockchain tools like Arkham, DeFi Llama, and other chain explorers
