  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including collections & postings to Accounts Receivable, uploading Sales Invoices to Customers' Portal, generating & sending e-SOA & ageing during Month End Closing, postings to Accounts Payable & monthly payments to suppliers, utilities, rentals, tax instalment payments & any other monthly payments;
  • Ensure accurate & timely recording of all financial transactions into the accounting system;
  • Prepare, verify and reconcile bank statements;
  • Assist in maintaining General Ledger & Journal postings;
  • Imports and Exports Shipments, liaising with forwarders, shipping documents and communication with overseas suppliers and customers;
  • Assist with the preparation of financial document for External Auditors during Year End Financial Audit;
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management;
  • Monitor and control cash flow to ensure financial stability;
  • Provide support in adhering, monitoring & improving internal financial processes and controls including compliance to ISO process flows.
  • Candidate must possess a qualification in Accounting, at least LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experiences as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role;
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
  • Proficiency in accounting software and working experience with OBM Software would be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word or Google Sheet & Google Doc;
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, work ethic, initiative, and commitment;
  • Ability to work independently with good analytical skills & detail oriented;
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, clients and internal teams;
  • Knowledge of e-Invoicing regulations, guidelines & processes is a plus.
