Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, and double-entry accounting.
- Proficiency in Autocount and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights for business decision-making
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the fintech, digital payments, or technology industry.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA (or currently pursuing).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).
