Job Description
- Accurately analyze and forecast harvesting schedule for DPP, including broiler size allocation and harvesting schedules for DPP, including broiler size allocation and harvesting quantities.
- Record, compare harvesting dataand compare it with the daily schedule to identify root causes of early or delayed and compare it with the daily schedule to identify root causes of early or delayed harvesting.
- Efficiently allocate and manage harvesting manpower to minimize costs based on varying farm conditions, ensuring effective harvesting operations.
- Collect data on overnight harvesting processes in other regions to calculate outstation expenses.
- Collaborate with harvesting supervisors, farm operations team and logistics to gather farm condition information and provide accurate harvesting timelines.
- Monitor harvesting progress with supervisors and promptly address any emergencies or delays in coordination with relevant parties.
- Work closely with harvesting supervisors to ensure adherence to scheduled times, improving the accuracy of harvesting time planning.
- Track daily performance of the harvesting team to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare, update, and submit the report to relevant parties as necessary.
- Conduct daily checks on harvesting bills to ensure data accuracy in the Broiler Harvesting Module system and inform the Slaughtering Plant of any discrepancies during the harvesting process.
- Generate harvesting fees for contract and OMBB farms based on the quantity harvested by the DPDC harvesting team, verifying through MTech data and obtaining management approval before submitting to HQ Finance Team.
- Oversee daily and monthly paperwork, documentation and administrative tasks within the Harvesting Department.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Have excellent communication and problem solving skills to coordinate with others stakeholder, ability to identify issues and develop constructive solutions.
- 2-3 years working experience.
