  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Take charge of the operations of cross - border business in Malaysia, covering air freight, sea freight, land transportation, international express, etc. Be responsible for the entire process of operations including export pick - up, booking, order tracking, import customs clearance, and delivery.
  2. Handle various anomalies occurring in daily operations. Communicate with service providers or customers in a timely manner to effectively solve problems and ensure a good customer experience.
  3. Manage the operational quality of service providers, ensure the achievement of operational KPIs, and continuously optimize operational processes and operational costs.
  4. Maintain the operational data of business systems such as ITMS, including order creation, vehicle information maintenance, and the maintenance of shipping and delivery times.

Job Requirement

  1. 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in air and sea freight operations. Those familiar with the knowledge of the international freight forwarding industry are preferred.
  2. Fluent in English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Chinese can be used as the working language.
