In order to strengthen our team and provide a benchmarked IS service, we are seeking an Infrastructure and Cloud Admin specialist. The main tasks will be related to: • Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure components required for Dynamics 365 (and satellites), including Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service. Collaborate with solution architects to ensure optimal system design and performance. Implement best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability. • Technical Release Management and System Refresh: Work closely with development teams to plan and execute system updates, patches, and feature releases. Monitor release pipelines and address any issues promptly. Refresh F&O and CE environment with all related interactions, including Dual Write. • Azure DevOps Pipelines: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Automate build, test, and deployment processes. • ISV Deployments: Coordinate the deployment of third-party solutions (ISVs) within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Validate compatibility and performance of ISV solutions. • Security and Compliance: Implement security controls, access management, and compliance measures. Monitor and address security vulnerabilities. • Documentation and Training: Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Provide training to IT staff and end-users on system maintenance and best practices. Qualifications and requirements: • Proven experience as a Azure and Dynamics 365 Admin Specialist or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and Dynamics 365 applications. • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Azure or related technologies is a plus • Azure Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure services relevant to Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault). Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. o Release Management: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing releases. Understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies. o Dynamics 365 Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). o Security and Compliance: Knowledge of Azure security features (Azure AD, RBAC, network security groups). Awareness of GDPR and other data protection regulations. o Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders. o Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). o Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals. o Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Azure infrastructure management. Specific experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and administration.
