Recruiting Team Lead
The Recruiting Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in mass recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage mass recruitment campaigns to meet high-volume hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a team lead role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Mass recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge in Workday for recruitment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
