Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a team lead role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Mass recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge in Workday for recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
