Job Purpose

Marketing and Communication

The Marketing and Communication will oversee and execute promotional and campaign activities, support lead generation efforts, and develop brand awareness strategies for Transaction Banking product. The role will also involve business development and utilizing data analysis skills to enhance marketing efforts and sales activity.

Accountabilities

Marketing and Cross Sell Activities:

  • Identify new customer segments and support sales with lead generation initiatives.
  • Create and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional strategies in collaboration with team leaders.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Organize events such as conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Build brand awareness and ensure consistent brand positioning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies using metrics such as ROI.

Market Intelligence And Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Collect and analyse market data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.

Budget Management

  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Value-Added Skills

  • Design: Create or refine communication material for internal such as awareness, social media posts, and event materials using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Data Analysis: Use analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).

Educational Background

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILL

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in design or data analysis are a plus.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience with campaign management, event coordination, and brand-building.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design tools and basic video editing (Optional)
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics platforms and techniques (Optional)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
