Responsibilities: • Prepare daily sales reports and ensure accurate financial documentation. • Manage basic accounts, including daily account entries and bookkeeping. • Verify and reconcile daily sales transactions, including cash inflow and outflow. • Issue receipts to customers and maintain updated transaction records. • Communicate with the store manager for sales verification, daily cash expenses, and claims. • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping and audit purposes. • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the management. • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with company procedures. • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as MS Excel, Word, etc.). • Practical experience with accounting software (such as SQL) is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Able to start immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
