Job Description:

  • Financial Reporting:

Prepare of monthly management report. Prepare of annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial records and reports.

  • Invoicing, Record Updating and Reporting:

Monitor of account receivables, account payables, sales and bank reconciliation reports, as well as other relevant data when needed. Promptly address customer inquiries related to receivables to ensure clear communication and timely resolution.

  • Credit Control and Collection:

To follow up with customers on outstanding debts, actively driving the collection process through timely emails in accordance with procedures. Supervise on AutoCount system for daily receiving payments.

  • Compliance and Internal Controls:

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Preparation of audit schedules and support the external audit process. Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and controls.

  • Cash Flow Management:

Prepare daily cashflow, forecast cashflow, debtors & creditors aging report, review the accuracy of the daily report, rectify any error and discrepancies prior reporting to management. Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Management of accounts payable and receivable. Support treasury functions, including foreign exchange matters, managing bank relationships and optimizing cash management strategies.

  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of finance-related tasks.

  • Administrative assistant:

Supervise and monitoring of office supplies. Manage & co-ordination of compnay filing system. Supporting management and staff with any necessary administrative tasks.

  • Ad Hoc Projects:

Participate in special projects as assigned by the Managing Director. Prepare any other reports as requested by the management.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and working experience.

RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with some experience in a supervisory or management role.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORAL)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
