Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at SAMWA Precision Sdn. Bhd. located in Bukit Mertajam. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production processes to meet goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

1) Overseeing the Facility & maintenance processes and related outputs.

2) Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking to ensure EMS/QMS remains

effective and compliant.

3) Overseeing the daily transaction with error free updated to ERP system.

4) Responsible on facility, equipment and machinery are maintain & stored in good working condition.

5) Responsible on Inventory of all controlled maintenance spare parts.

6) To keep all company’s information which private and confidential (P&C).

7) Develop and uphold the implementation of the Company’s policies & SOP.

8) Enforce housekeeping is maintained at most favourable condition at all times.

9) Inform to superior if there is any un-foreseen problem happen in your workplace.

10) To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or to others by your work activities.

11) To co-operate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements.

12) To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all time.

13) To comply all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning and management
  • Knowledge of Plastic & Silicon manufacturing principles
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
