  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Cost-Saving Goals: Deliver on regional and company-wide cost-saving targets for business units.
  • Lead Procurement Projects: Initiate and manage cost-saving initiatives with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Supplier Management & Negotiations: Handle RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best value for the company.
  • Contract & Compliance Oversight: Work with Legal to draft, review, and maintain supplier agreements and procurement contracts.
  • Drive Regional Procurement Activities: Support APAC-wide procurement efforts, including:
  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
  • Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization
  • Supplier Development & Performance Management
  • Contract Negotiation & Compliance
  • Consolidation of Local & Regional Suppliers
  • Propose & Implement Improvement: Identify new strategies to enhance efficiency and drive procurement excellence.
  • Adapt & Innovate: Stay agile in response to organizational changes, competitive demands, and new responsibilities.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement within the APAC region (preferred).
  • Background in indirect procurement, covering facilities, travel, IT products, and logistics.
  • Expertise in contract management – drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement agreements.
  • Hands-on experience with tendering, bidding, and negotiation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills in spend analysis and category management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
