Your Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Cost-Saving Goals: Deliver on regional and company-wide cost-saving targets for business units.
- Lead Procurement Projects: Initiate and manage cost-saving initiatives with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Supplier Management & Negotiations: Handle RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best value for the company.
- Contract & Compliance Oversight: Work with Legal to draft, review, and maintain supplier agreements and procurement contracts.
- Drive Regional Procurement Activities: Support APAC-wide procurement efforts, including:
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization
- Supplier Development & Performance Management
- Contract Negotiation & Compliance
- Consolidation of Local & Regional Suppliers
- Propose & Implement Improvement: Identify new strategies to enhance efficiency and drive procurement excellence.
- Adapt & Innovate: Stay agile in response to organizational changes, competitive demands, and new responsibilities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement within the APAC region (preferred).
- Background in indirect procurement, covering facilities, travel, IT products, and logistics.
- Expertise in contract management – drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement agreements.
- Hands-on experience with tendering, bidding, and negotiation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills in spend analysis and category management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
