- Talent Acquisition: Fill Vacancies and onboarding the right talent. We use all platforms in market
- Employee Engagement: Be the primary contact for HR queries and boost team morale and engagement
- HR Administration: Ensure our practices comply with local laws

- Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources

- Checking overtime claim and allowances
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
- Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
- Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
- Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
- Checking overtime claim and allowances
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
- Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
- Other Ad-hoc HR duties as IT becomes neccesary
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience in related field
- Good communication and written in English
- Ability to nurture and manage staff members in a growing SME environment
- Continuously advance the positive and collaborative culture
