  • Talent Acquisition: Fill Vacancies and onboarding the right talent. We use all platforms in market
  • Employee Engagement: Be the primary contact for HR queries and boost team morale and engagement
  • HR Administration: Ensure our practices comply with local laws
  • Performance Management: Oversee employee appraisals and confirmation
  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Checking overtime claim and allowances
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
  • Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Checking overtime claim and allowances
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
  • Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
  • Other Ad-hoc HR duties as IT becomes neccesary

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
  • Good communication and written in English
  • Ability to nurture and manage staff members in a growing SME environment
  • Continuously advance the positive and collaborative culture
