Talent Acquisition

-Partner with Local and Regional TA Leads, Functional TA PICs to build recruitment plans, manage end-to-end recruitment process and hiring reporting. -You will partner with collaborator teams, such as employer branding and recruitment marketing, Talent Sourcing team, to enable hiring strategy and plan to achieve functional hiring goals. -Provide talent advisory to hiring managers and hiring teams, manage expectations and provide advisory and solutions to hiring team in different circumstances. -Manage the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to guarantee a continued pipeline of qualified candidates. -Provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback. -Plan and execute Employer's Branding plans including and not limited to Internship program and Recruitment Campus.
