We are currently looking for a Financial Specialist - Planning & Reporting.
You'll create an impact by:
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Managing forecasting, budgeting, and annual reorganization processes for ASEANPAC and the Middle East.
- Planning Tool Administration: Administering budgeting and planning tools in line with global guidelines, working closely with IT support.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicating with global process owners and stakeholders on planning and reporting requirements.
- Training & Development: Providing training and building awareness on budgeting and reporting tools as needed.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of forecasts and budgets.
- Process Improvement: Enhancing controlling and reporting processes through automation and digital tools.
- Collaboration & Communication: Working effectively with international teams, leveraging strong intercultural skills.
- Education & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis or Controlling in MNCs are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Strong interest in IT, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools. Familiarity with SAP, Esprit, Microsoft Office, and Power BI is a plus. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, analytical, adaptable to change, and strong in presentation skills.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-country and intercultural communication skills.
