Responsibilities
- Assist in conceptualising and preparing sponsorship proposals
- Responsible in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring events, marketing campaign or exhibition and review effectiveness of events and promotions for improvement.
- To develop written content or brief for marketing and promotional collaterals for above & below the line advertising, press releases, website, EDMs, articles for newsletter and news feed for social media platforms
- Assist in coordination of marketing communication programmes and information updates on all publicity collaterals both for print and digital
- Liaise with external parties such as media, suppliers and clients
- Assist in copy-writing and proof reading
- Working closely with all departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions
- Involve in brainstorming and sharing of new ideas and methods for marketing communications and media preview events
- Assist on-site during and pre-exhibition including opening ceremonies, launches and press conferences
- Posses a Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing/Business/or other related field
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in similar field
- Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer and social media literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task
- Effective communicator with good grasp of the English language both written and oral with Chinese preferable
