Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience geotechnical design or construction (preferably in Malaysia or similar challenging environments).
- Proficient in geotechnical design software (e.g., Geostudio, Plaxis, Repute).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience presenting technical information to clients, regulators, and management.
- Familiar with Malaysian geotechnical standards and regulations.
- Physically fit and willing to work in remote or challenging site conditions.
- Flexible team player with a readiness to conduct site visits.
