Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of total work experience geotechnical design or construction (preferably in Malaysia or similar challenging environments).
  • Proficient in geotechnical design software (e.g., Geostudio, Plaxis, Repute).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting technical information to clients, regulators, and management.
  • Familiar with Malaysian geotechnical standards and regulations.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in remote or challenging site conditions.
  • Flexible team player with a readiness to conduct site visits.
