Job Responsibility

  • Issue DO, SO, PO generate INVOICE ( Inter-company & End User & Franchise.
  • Issue CN (Inter-company & End User & Franchise)
  • Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices.
  • Monitoring purchase and pricing in system.
  • Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments. (Outlet & Warehouse)
  • Stock Control (Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner)
  • Develops and implements procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present.
  • Instructs others on how and where to return defective goods.
  • Files claims with manufacturers or sellers when defective goods are found in the inventory.
  • (Use Autocount system - Writeoff expired or spoiled goods)
  • Monitoring the Stop stock for bad debts or overdue customers with superior.
  • Shows the ability to work well under pressure, such as when inventory deliveries or shipments. become late or forgotten.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
