  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Sources and prepares information for participation in tender exercise including measurement, inviting quotations, costing report and submission of tender
  • Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process;
  • Responsible for cost calculation, project costing accordingly to BQ
  • Liaise with Suppliers (Local & Oversea)
  • Liaise with Project & Design Team on all material purchase related matters
  • Liaise with Project & Design Team on all BQ related works
  • Handle material delivery schedules
  • Check and verify invoices from suppliers
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

  • Involved in post-contract process including sourcing for sub-contractors
  • Negotiates with the respective supplier and appoints the sub-contractors
  • Check and verify claims from sub-contractors
  • Verify interim claim and variation order (VO)
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
