Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion or timepiece industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English. Plus point if you know Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Minimum diploma or degree in any field.
