Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion or timepiece industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English. Plus point if you know Mandarin.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Minimum diploma or degree in any field.
