  • Content Ideaon & Concept Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for digital media campaigns, aligning with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Generate innovative ideas that translate brand strategy into engaging visuals and videos, including for social media, website, and digital ads.
  • Media Strategy & Planning:
  • Partner with the digital marketing team to develop and implement media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving audience engagement.
  • Research audience trends and competitor content to guide content strategies and improve creative direction.
  • Visual and Video Content Creation:
  • Create high-quality visuals, graphics, and video content tailored to various digital platforms (social media, website, email, ads).
  • Edit and enhance multimedia content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative
  • Suite, and other editing platforms, ensuring content is visually appealing and consistent with brand standards.
  • Stay updated with trends in design and video editing to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Branding & Identity:
  • Ensure that all media content maintains a cohesive brand identity and aligns with brand guidelines across channels.
  • Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to build a strong, recognizable brand presence through digital media.
  • Campaign Support & Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Support digital campaigns by producing engaging media content that enhances audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work with content creators, social media managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless content distribution.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Track and evaluate the performance of visual and video content, using insights to make data-driven adjustments that enhance future media efforts.
  • Optimize content to better meet audience preferences and improve engagement, leveraging analytics to inform strategy.

Job Requirements

  • BachelorĂ¢s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, media production, or a related role.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. (Mandarin is Must)
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital media strategy, branding, and storytelling techniques.
  • Highly creative with excellent attention to detail, able to blend visual appeal with strategic intent.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
