Jobscope:

  • Prepare and review the daily/weekly market list, ensuring adherence to Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements while optimizing cost efficiency.
  • To ensure the PR are furnished with complete & accurate information and its supporting document before proceed the PO for approval.
  • To monitor closely the approval status of PR and PO until emailing to the vendor, take prompt action to resolve any issue/problem.
  • To liaise/negotiate with suppliers on matters relating to pricing, delivery and terms & condition.
  • Work closely with the F&B / Kitchen team to understand operational needs, seasonal requirements, and menu planning to align procurement activities accordingly.
  • Communicate and reinforce the service vision for the restaurant to outlet managers and employers.
  • Take charge of stock management, plan and organize stock reordering/ return process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support their procurement needs.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and conduct regular price and quality comparison.
  • Always ready to support ad-hoc tasks assign by the Company.

Job Requirement:

  • At least Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years above relevant working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
  • Candidates from Hotel or F&B Background is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of procurement SOP and industry regulations
  • Effective commercial negotiation skills
  • A good team player, a person with integrity, mature and self-motivated
  • Possess ability to communicate and collaborate with various departments
