  • To attend to any enquiry from Customers, suppliers and Vendors, feedback to them in reasonable time frame with satisfactory reply
  • To execute requests from Customers, Suppliers and Vendors according to process and procedure established
  • To accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
  • To prepare and generate weekly inventory reports and utilizations to customer.
  • To disseminate updated information from Customer to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
  • To notify Customer and Supplier on shipment discrepancy via mail .
  • To respond to customer or related parties’ email promptly
  • To coordinate rework/screening activities as per Supplier/Customer requirement
  • To update GR,SPT and NIT using customers system
  • To prepare bonded custom transactions
  • To update In and Out Custom Lot quantity and number.
  • Diploma and above
  • Able to communicate and write in English and Malay
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Possess valid driving licenses.
