Job Summary:
This is a broad ranging Senior Business Analyst that conducts overall analysis and evaluation of the supply chain of various customers to help identify and drive CI Initiatives within their as-signed region. This position will develop and standardize processes and workflows within and across regions by collaborating both with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Summary:

This position will develop and standardize processes and workflows within and across regions by collaborating both with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions: (Primary)
- Responsible for escalation and troubleshooting of any regional and global performance issues
- Conducts monthly reviews with assigned regional control tower teams to understand perfor-mance trends and captures improvement plans as required.
- Gathers report requirements through open dialog with external management stakeholders to monitor areas of key performance.
- Sets up workflow to generate this reporting in an efficient manner.
- Documents technical requirements as needed to allow for IT development teams to improve or fix software platform.
- Develops dashboards and other BI tools for both internal and external stakeholders
- Supports regional 4PL teams with data driven projects and analysis
- Controls and manages updates to master data
- Supplies data and analysis for projects and sourcing events as required.
- Interfaces with technical teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
- Perform special reviews and projects as needed
Job Specifications:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of MS Power BI or similar platform
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management
- Demonstrated utilization of business intelligence to achieve results
- Strong team player and excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in order to achieve objectives
- Project management skills
- Ability to perform in a multicultural matrix environment
- Ability to utilize and optimize IT resources to achieve process efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of business/supply chain analyst experience
- Demonstration of business acumen required
- Industry experience
- Sound understanding of a service organization
- International Business Experience
- 5% travel as required, may be more during implementation periods
- Meetings and conference calls may be required outside of normal business hours to allow for global participation.
