  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Plan, monitor, and coordinate all M&E works on-site.
  • Perform comprehensive M&E inspections and quality audits to verify adherence to project specifications.
  • Supervise contractor activities to ensure work meets required quality standards, and evaluate contractor/supplier performance in line with technical requirements.
  • Verify daily reports, progress reports, and related documentation, maintaining detailed inspection forms and quality records.
  • Issue necessary site directions to contractors and ensure clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Facilitate interactions between consultants and contractors to promptly resolve design and construction issues.
  • Coordinate design efforts between Mechanical & Electrical, Architectural, Civil & System, and Structural disciplines.
  • Maintain accurate records of documentation and correspondence for future reference.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, professional qualification in Engineering, Building/Construction, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience working with consultants or representing developers as a Clerk of Works.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in QA/QC procedures; familiarity with CONQUAS/QLASSIC is an advantage.
  • Proficient in interpreting design specifications and construction drawings.
  • Capable of resolving technical issues on-site independently.
  • Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
