  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Responsible for overall stock management.
  • Ensure all weighbridge tickets are issued for all incoming with correct details – from which supplier to which tank.
  • Ensure all weighbridge tickets data are recorded in the stock card file by 12pm daily.
  • Conduct planning for incoming and outgoing stock among FHE Depots and external storage at Port Klang.
  • Liaise closely with the Quality team to ensure that all cargo has passed QC testing before being transferred to another depot.
  • Ensure compliance to quality requirements by the quality team.
  • Manage tank farm activity and ensure control is in place to prevent cross contamination.
  • Manage seal issuance for lorry and tanker and ensure all stocks are secured with seal during transfer.
  • Ensure all documentation for transfer is completed in a timely manner – SPS.
  • Lead daily morning meeting to ensure proper transfer of information from management to general worker on daily planning for Q&Q activity.
  • Prepare daily and monthly stock reports/analysis and ensure all errors have been corrected during the data entry phase.
  • Plan daily activity for general workers and their overtime requirements.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager and / or Directors.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
